Embark on one of our semi-private walking tours in Washington, D.C. or Virginia tailored for those who appreciate history and preservation, and enjoy a picturesque stroll through time. Throughout the tour, your guide provides insight on the ins and outs of historic preservation and how it has protected these unique historical places and neighborhoods. Your guide will also ensure you have some timeless photos to take home with you. Tours are approximately 2 hours with a maximum of 10 people. Tour photos are emailed to each guest directly after their tour.

Begin on Connecticut Avenue which serves as Cleveland Park's main thoroughfare, lined with charming shops, restaurants, and cafes, and wind your way into a neighborhood that boasts a mix of architectural styles as well as a community-funded historic park. Enjoy the Washington National Cathedral’s bells in the distance while we make stops at the Uptown Theater, Rosedale Conservancy, and Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, and Tudor Revival homes.
